Check with all personal Homeowners Association guidelines. They may have additional restrictions including type, height, and color. Gateway will assist you in filling out HOA forms. It is the customer's responsibility to follow all guidelines. Gateway Fencing is not responsible. It is the customer's responsibility to be familiar with all personal property lines. All items in questions should be referred to a property survey. Gateway offers survey services. Gateway is required to have all underground utilities mark before any installation. We will contact state agencies to come to your property and locate power, gas, and cable. All private lines including irrigation and new construction projects will not be marked. It is the customer's responsibility to locate these lines. Gateway Fencing is not responsible for any underground lines. Gateway will provide residential referrals upon request. We will do our best to get the referrals within your area.
